Celebrity Hair Colorist Beth Minardi has dedicated her career to the elevation of salon coloring to an art form. As an internationally acclaimed salon colorist, educator and product consultant, Beth is recognized as one of the world's leading experts in all phases of coloring.
Prior to entering the professional salon industry, Beth studied painting and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. She began her career at Clairol where she was instrumental in the development and launch of Logics Color Cremes and where she became Director of Education.
In 1986, Beth and husband Carmine, opened Minardi Salon which rapidly gained a reputation for excellence in both hair color and hair design. Color at Minardi Salon came to the attention of numerous film directors who began sending stars in need of corrective or creative haircolor to Beth and her talented staff. Minardi Salon continues to be one of New York City's leading destinations for coiffure-conscious clients who expect nothing but the finest level of service.
In addition to her busy salon schedule, Beth assumed the role of Special Consultant to Redken where she penned the monthly Shades E.Q. Newsletter, lectured to thousands of colorists throughout America, and was part of the product development team which created Redken Color Fusion.
In addition to maintaining an impressive roster of color clients, Beth serves as a Contributing Editor to periodicals including Modern Salon, Process, and Behindthechair.com. She is the co-creator and featured educator at the annual Color America with Beth Minardi and, with Carmine, teaches the popular Minardi Beauty Focus in New York City. She is regularly called upon to evaluate new color products being introduced to the professional salon market.
Beth lives in New York City with her husband, daughter and pets.
