Meet The Minardi Group

Each member of the Minardi Salon staff has been selected and developed by Beth and Carmine Minardi. All Junior and Senior Colorists have received direct training from Beth, and have surpassed her rigorous evaluations in every phase of color theory and technique. Junior and Senior Designers receive similar training under Carmine.

Each of our designers and colorists understand the need to make your visits convenient and satisfying. The very special culture of Minardi Salon ensures that should you desire a new point of view, or need to come in when the colorist or designer you usually see is unavailable, you may do so without hesitation. We encourage this practice to maximize our ability to accommodate your busy schedule and sometimes changing needs. Each of our clients has a dossier, which contains haircolor and design notes and formulas with full access by any of our designers and colorists.
