MARK MILETI

A native of Long Island's Gold Coast, Mark Mileti has been a leading member of Minardi's color staff for more than fourteen years. Mark came to Minardi Salon after having worked as a senior colorist and color educator. He trained directly with Beth Minardi and has attained a glowing reputation as the "colorist's colorist". His glorious dimensional brunette creations – as well as his corrective and creative masterpieces are worn by some of the world's most elegant and recognizable personalities.

TOHMAS ELMLUND

More than a decade has passed since Tohmas bravely abandoned his thriving color business in the Chesapeake Bay area to move to the epicenter of Beauty: New York City. He has been at Minardi Salon ever since. His formal education in the fine arts gives Tohmas an unprecedented "vision" regarding color and dimension. Tohmas honed his skills under Beth Minardi's tutelage, and caters to New York City's most discerning clientele. While he excels in all phases of haircoloring, creating dramatic shade-on-shade blonde statements has become Tohmas' one true passion at which he is unmet in ability and taste level.

VICTORIA NATAPOV

Russian-born Victoria Natapov emigrated to America as a child, but never lost her European eye for beauty and elegance. After college graduation, Victoria chose to follow her passion and became a haircolor specialist. Victoria's meticulous, artistic ability and intelligence blossomed as she worked as Beth Minardi's personal color assistant. Her popularity soared as her reputation for excellence and color genius was proven time and time again. Her ability to correct even the most undesirable color result or make any haircolor truly special has taken Victoria into the stratosphere of her profession.

PAULA MURRAY

For more than 11 years, Paula Murray has been coloring hair at some of Madison Avenue's finest salons. She joined Minardi Salon as Beth‘s assistant. Her skill and popularity placed her in growing demand among many of Minardi Salon's most discerning clients. Her extraordinary talent places her in constant high demand.
